Pawfin currently ships within South Africa only.

Shipping cost

A flat shipping fee of R100 applies to orders delivered within South Africa.

Processing and production times

Most Pawfin products are personalised or made to order, so production time varies by product.

• Custom printed pet products: Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after final artwork approval before the order is ready for dispatch.
• Hand-painted pet portrait cushions: Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for completion before dispatch.

These timeframes are production estimates and do not include courier transit time.

Delivery time

Courier delivery time depends on the destination and is additional to the production time above. Most deliveries within South Africa are expected to take approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delays

Because Pawfin products are custom-made, occasional delays may occur. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
